镀锌板是为防止板表面遭受腐蚀,延长其使用寿命,在板表面涂以一层金属锌,这种涂锌的薄板称为镀锌板。按生产及加工方法可分为以下几类:

1、热浸镀锌板。将薄板浸入熔解的锌槽中,使其表面粘附一层锌的薄板。目前主要采用连续镀锌工艺生产,即把成卷的板连续浸在熔解有锌的镀槽中制成镀锌板;

2、合金化镀锌板。这种板也是用热浸法制造,但在出槽后,立即把它加热到500℃左右,使其生成锌和铁的合金被膜。这种镀锌板具有良好的涂料的密着性和焊接性。
2, alloy galvanized sheet. The plate is also made by hot dipping, but immediately after the bath, it is heated to about 500 DEG C to form zinc and iron alloy coating. This kind of galvanized sheet has good adhesion and weldability.
内部悬挂件、车轮,到外覆盖件、车身均用到钢板,主要以冷轧、热轧及镀锌卷板为主。而新能源汽车更注重车身的“轻量化”,因此高强度镀锌卷板成为了其主导材料。随着新能源汽车产量的增长,带动镀锌卷板产量上升。
