普碳钢沸腾钢板顾名思义是由普通碳素结构钢的沸腾钢热轧制成的钢板。沸腾钢是一种脱氧不完全的钢材，钢液含氧量较高，当钢水注入钢锭模后，碳氧反应产生大量气体，造成钢液呈沸腾状态而得名。
