DP钢板的主要组织是铁素体和马氏体,其中马氏体的含量在5%~20%,强度为500~1200MPa。双相钢具有低屈强比、高的加工硬化指数、高烘烤硬化性能、没有屈服延伸和室温时效等特点。DP钢一般用于需高强度、高的抗碰撞吸收能且也有一定成形要求的汽车零件, 如车轮、 保险杠、 悬挂系统及其加强件等。双相钢的基本成分为C和Mn,有时为了提高淬透性还添加一定量的Cr和Mo。

CP钢同TRIP钢的组织类似,只是CP钢中含有马氏体而非残余奥氏体。通过马氏体和贝氏体以及析出强化的复合作用,CP钢的强度可达800~1000MPa,特别适合于车门防撞杆、保险杠和B立柱等安全零件。
